The apartment we stayed in was quite comfortable, clean and thoughtfully designed. It is quite a walk up a hill and not a finished road, so quite dusty and rocky. You can walk to the town of Oneroa where there are restaurants, coffee shops, and a nice beach. We did end up renting a car to explore the island which is quite small, but we didn't feel like waiting for buses to get around. Nice stay and off the beaten path

We stayed at these apartments for one night. The place was lovely and clean and well furnished, equipped with everything with the most magnificent view. Perfect location, close to town and the ferry terminal. The people who own the place are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation and we will be going back

Most gorgeous peaceful spot and so handy to the Ferry. Lovely gracious hosts Sarah & Andrew. Unit was really spacious, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back - such a beautiful spot to recharge our batteries.

Very calm, very quiet, and to wake up with that view in the mornings is just amazing. I would recommend this to any couple wanting a romantic and relaxing getaway. Plus, Waikehe island is a fantastic place in general, a minor tropical paradise. Don't miss renting a car and driving around the island to visit the wineries. Rooms 5/5 Service 5/5 Location 5/5

We slept with the curtains open and watched the lights of the Auckland skyline .. so peaceful! Everything top notch! Beds, linen, bathroom and outdoor entertaining all 5 star!
